Burnt Toast
Burning toast and almost starting fires!!
After what I can only describe as being an amazing first few weeks after starting the Grumpy Goat Soap Company, last week was filled with drama.
After the excitement of getting stock ready for my very first stockist E.S Hairdressing in Carlisle, my week went downhill haha!
On the Monday, the microwave started sparking and bellowing smoke. On Tuesday I burnt my lunch and finally on Wednesday, I set the fire alarms off at home by burning my toast beyond all recognition!
Thursday was filled with birthday parties and dropping off the Grumpy Goat stock, and Friday was spent having a very civilised afternoon tea in Newcastle. It was lovely and although I scoffed initially at the portion size, I did notice that my jeans felt that little bit tighter……..
On Saturday the day was spend sending out orders and finishing off the 2 new collections that have now been added to the Grumpy Goat website.
These are a selection of 5 fragrances that are inspired by the popular fragrant antibacterial disinfectant brand. I am sold! I was thinking why would I want my house to smell like disinfectant? But gosh, they are all amazing. Mountain Air is my favourite one, it’s so sweet smelling you can imagine all the bees pollinating all the flowers to make sweet honey!
These are 10 fragrances that absolutely remind me of summer, holidays, cocktails and being on the beach. Passionfruit Martini is so fruity, but Rhubarb Rose is my go-to wax melt from this collection.
Thankfully this week has been drama free……..
